After reading my post on White Tea, Wonderful White, you know how wonderful white tea is for your skin. To increase the skin benefits of white tea, you may want to try a tea bath. You can use different types of tea, but I use white because of its direct link to skin health.

You want to make a whole pot of tea, so use about 2-4 teaspoons of loose tea. If you want to use less expensive tea for your bath use 2-4 teabags. Brew tea normally and wait for it to cool down to a warm but not hot temperature, and add it to your running bath water. Some people add un-brewed tea to bath water, but it does not release as many antioxidants this way.

Warning: White Tea may temporarily discolour your skin. Most people will not mind as it gives you a warm glow like a bronzer. It is a good way to get some colour this time of the year safely and without chemicals.
