In this post I would like to introduce you to White Tea and its many benefits! This Tea is light and refreshing with a subtle taste of apricot.

It is the least processed Tea,  is lower in caffeine than other tea, and has the highest antioxidant levels. The antioxidants in White Tea are so abundant they boost the immune system and prevent a wide range of aliments such as the common cold, cancer, and heart disease. It has even been proven to ease symptoms associated with HIV.

 

White Tea and Skin

This is really a Beau-Tea! White Tea has been proven to have a direct effect on skin health and has anti-aging properties. It is known to help repair damaged skin and prevent loss of collagen and elastin (the fiber that keeps skin firm and wrinkle free.) Scientists have claimed 1 cup a day will keep the wrinkles away! You can buy expensive creams, but anti aging and skin health really start from within.

 

White Tea and Weight Management

There is scientific research that proves White Tea acts directly on fat cells by inhibiting their growth and stimulating mature fat cells to shrink. This is a tasty easy way to help with your and weight-loss plan.

Like other tea, there are many different types of white tea. I prefer the taste of “100 Monkeys White” from ChaChaTea. My husband prefers a premium White Needle Tea called Silver Needle.

If you are a person that does not like the strong or earthy taste of some tea, this is defiantly a must try!
